Return Policy

Ceekwomenshealth.com – returns and refunds

Except for any products designated on the website as non-returnable, we will accept a return of products for a product credit of the customer’s purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided that (i) such return is communicated to our customer service team at info@ceekwomenshealth.com within 5 business days of delivery, (ii) such return is received within 20 days of delivery at the location specified for the return; (iii) such products are unopened and returned in their original condition; and (iv) customer pays a 20% restocking fee. To return products, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from our customer service team by sending an email to  info@ceekwomenshealth.com.  No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. Customer bears the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore recommend that the customer fully insure return shipment against loss or damage and that the customer use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery. 
Compliant returns will be credited to the customer’s account for future purchases from Ceek Women’s Health.
