As the founder of Ceek, Fahti drives the research and development with her personal mission to transform women’s care. Fahti gained 15 years of experience at Campbell Alliance, the largest pure-play consulting firm focused in life sciences. As the account lead for two of Campbell’s largest accounts, she eventually led the Global Account Business Unit and ended her Campbell career as the Global Commercial Strategy Practice Area Lead.
Fahti is a graduate of Middlebury College and has a Master’s degree in Business from Vanderbilt University. She is a mom to two girls and is active with the not-for-profit organization Child Foundation.org.
Maria leads Ceek’s product design and development, with the belief that good design can make healthcare simpler, more empathetic and more effective. Her background in design consulting spans a wide-range of industries, including consumer electronics, packaged goods, housewares and appliances. She has designed innovative products and strategic design languages in collaboration with a diverse range of clients, from startups to Fortune 100, including Duracell, Toshiba, Honeywell, Clorox, Graco, Panasonic and Procter & Gamble.
Prior to joining Ceek, Maria was a design lead at Ziba Design in Portland and product designer at IA Collaborative and Insight Product Development in Chicago. Maria has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati.
Diane is an independent financial consultant who provides interim leadership to early stage companies. She has advised a number of venture-backed technology and life sciences companies, including Fractyl Laboratories Inc., T2 Biosystems, TARIS Biomedical, Cytrellis Biomedical, Ivenix and Topera Medical.
Prior to consulting, Diane was CFO and VP of Finance and Administration for Incentive Systems and CFO at Workgroup Technology. Diane earned her CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) and has a BS in Business Administration from Boston College.
Diane volunteers as treasurer for several non-profit organizations and serves on the board of directors for Plowshares Education Development Center.
Tracy has more than 18 years experience as a medical marketing and product management professional with 16 years at Welch Allyn, a global medical device manufacturer. Tracy’s primary focus has been in Women’s Health, an area which has been her passion since her OB/Gyn clinical training in medical school. She has also managed the Medical Exam & Procedure Lighting and Physical Assessment product lines at Welch Allyn. New Product Development is Tracy’s specialty, having successfully launched 9 products into the marketplace during her time at Welch Allyn.
Tracy obtained M.D. and BS (Health Sciences) degrees from the Saba University School of Medicine and is also a graduate of the State University of New York @ Oswego with a BS in Marketing and International Studies.
